Frank West is the protagonist of the Dead Rising series that was somehow teleported to the Gmod dimension by kitty0706. He then appeared in several Gmod videos and became an equivalent of a GMod Monster, though he isn't officially recognized as such.

Frank being a human did not have many powers in his original incarnation, but upon entering GMod he gained a multitude:
- Passes through walls
- Flight
- Teleportation
- Invisibility
- Immunity to every kind of attack performed by gmod characters created by kitty0706
- Ultra Fart
- Super Speed

He's deathly afraid of cats.
Saying the word Pootis close to him will make him make a rape face (shown on the picture), and stay idle for hours, not doing anything substantial.
