Tonee Cipriani is a spy, but he's Italian, so that's a bit odd, but oh well, ain't judging. He likes pizza, especially pepperoni. But he calls it "pepperon". He runs around stabbing cars. And not just slashing the tires, he goes for the metal and sometimes the windows. However, car stabber is his rival because Tonee can't think of anything else to do.
