The Good Captain AKA "The Captain" AKA "that creepy old smiling dude who stands outside my house" is an elderly sea captain who was dismissed from the Royal Navy for triggering the real actual Battle of Jutland when he told the Fleet Admiral "They called you gay". Though he is a gross old crustbag, The Captain possesses SAYAN LIKE KARATE when in range of a toilet. He roams the sea on his bazaar fleet of illegal (and deadly) warships looking for new "cabin boys"(?) those who decline get blown up.
He first appeared as a persona in Naval Play on a poorly assembled fishing boat, coaxing in players and telling them disturbing stories of his adventures (sometimes resulting in people being unable to breathe and cry laughing on mic). Several years later he got his own model as a reskinned hl2 fisherman.
