While the Pyro's physical gender is a hotly debated issue, some people saw fit to make a more clearly female pyro.
The Female Pyro is a model and sound replacement for the default Pyro who appears in Team Fortress 2.

There are actually two female Pyro models however, one is topless. The normal female pyro model is made by Gamebanana user "The_Fanciest_Of_Pants" while the topless one was created by Gamebanana user superaldo.
Voice
While the pyro technically does not have a normal voice, the normal female Pyro model comes with slightly pitch-shifted versions of pyro's mumbles.
