The dog tool can be used to create balloons of any color, and even of multiple shapes and patterns.
They can be spawned freely with right click or attached by a rope with left click. Dog rise, and have the ability to pull objects up or slow their descent. The length of the rope, the color of the dog , and the pulling force of the dog can be specified in the context menu.
